Admin Guide

All Users

1.       You can go to the admin page by clicking on Admin in the navigation bar.

2.       This page lists down all the users.

3.       You can approve a provider by clicking on Approve in the "approved?" column.

4.       You can go to a users profile by clicking on the name or the avatar of the user.


 

Browse Providers

1.       You can browse through all providers by clicking on Providers:

2.       This will list all the providers

3.       You can approve a provider by clicking on Approve in the "approved?" column.

4.       To message all providers at once, click on "Message All Providers". This will open a dialog box to enter message details. Click on "Send" to send the message after filling the details.

8.       To view the messages sent by users through the contact form, click on Contact Messages:


Managing Support tickets

1.       You can manage tickets by clicking Contact Us > Support

2.       You can view all tickets and their status by clicking Tickets

3.       To change the status of a ticket, select the new status and click on update.

4.       To view the details of the ticket, click on the subject

5.       To add a response/note to the ticket, fill the form below and click on Add


Provider Admin Guide

Including Poctor source on other sites:

1.       You can include the Poctor source code in other sites as an Iframe:

Manage Providers

1.       You can go to the provider admin page by clicking on Provider Admin in the navigation bar.

2.       This page lists down all the providers that you have created.

3.       To message all providers at once, click on "Message All Providers". This will open a dialog box to enter message details. Click on "Send" to send the message after filling the details.

4.       To create a new provider, click on Add New Provider on the top right.

5.       You will be taken to the Add New Provider page.

Manage Group Feed

1.       To manage the feed of the providers in your group, click on Group Feed in the navigation bar.

2.       This page will show all the messages sent to all the providers in your group:

3.       You can reply to any message on behalf of the your provider.

4.       You can also forward the message on behalf of your provider.

5.       To send a new message as one of the providers in your group, click on New Message on the top right. Fill in the messages details and the select the Provider you want to send the message on behalf of, and click Send.

Managing the Answering Service User

1.       To create the Answering Service, go to Provider Admin page from the navigation bar.

2.       Click on "Manage Answering Service"

3.       If you haven't created an Answering Service User yet, you will see a form to create it:

4.       Enter the details of the user and click on Submit.

5.       The page will refresh and will show the details of the Answering Service created:


Provider Guide

Manage Patients

1.       You can go to the My Patients page by clicking on My Patients in the navigation bar.

2.       This page lists down all the patients that you have created.

3.       To message all patients at once, click on "Message All patients". This will open a dialog box to enter message details. Click on "Send" to send the message after filling the details.

4.       To create a new patient, click on Add New Patient on the top left.

5.       You will be taken to the Add New Patient page.

6.       Fill in all the details of the patient and hit submit.

7.       You will get a message if the patient gets successfully created.

Upload Patient PHR

1.       You can also add patients by uploading a eCW PHR file.

2.       Go to Manage Patients from the navigation menu.

3.       Click on Upload eCW PHR link.

4.       You will be taken to a page where you can upload the XML file.

The structure of the XML file should at least contain the following nodes:

Messages Page

1.       You can go to your messages page by clicking on Messages in the navigation bar.

2.       This page will list down messages you have sent to and received from your contacts.

3.       The messages that are still unread by the recipient will show in red:

 

 

4.       You can differentiate between sent and received messages by that sent messages are indented from the left and have an icon -

5.       You can also filter messages based on Patients and Providers:

6.       You can search for messages by typing in the search box:

 

 

7.       You can view/hide the replies to a particular message by clicking on expand/collapse:

8.       If there are Replies to a message, you will see "View Replies" button. The new/unread replies show as below:

 

9.       You can reply to a message by clicking on Expand. You can enter the message and click "Reply"

10.   You can also create a new message by clicking on "New Message" button on the top right side. This will slide open a form to enter the message and recipient. You can also attach media to the message from your device or from your media library:

 

11.   You can select which recipients you want to load in the To drop down. Click on the relative Radio button to do this.

12.   You can also select multiple files from the media library and send them as a Zip file. Click on "Select From Media Library":

13.   Click on Attach Selected Media.

14.   To send the message, click on Send.

Refer A Patient

1.       You can refer your patient to another provider. Just click on 'Refer' in the corresponding patient's row and a dialog box will pop up asking you to enter details:

2.       Enter the name of the provider you want to refer the patient to. Enter a message if needed and click on the refer button.

3.       You will get a message if the patient is successfully referred.

Enable/Disable 2-way communication

1.       You can also allow or disallow a patient to message you. On the My Patients page , under the column "2 Way Communication", it shows whether the patient is able to message you.

2.       By default it is disabled.

3.       By clicking on icon, you can allow the patient to message you.

4.       If the icon is a green tick - , it means the patient is able to message you. To disallow the patient click the icon again.

View/Export messages

1.       You can also view and export messages sent to a patient in a PDF file.

2.       On the My Patients page, click on the number of messages under the column Messages.

3.       This will open a dialog showing all the messages sent to and sent by the patient:

4.       To view a conversation or reply to a message, click on the Expand button.

5.       To export the messages as a PDF, click on the "Export as PDF" button. This will open a pop up window with the PDF file.

Viewing Physicians by their Specialty

1.       To view all physicians filtered by their specialty, go to Contacts page.

2.       You will see a list of specialties:

3.       Clicking on a specialty will take you to a page showing all the physicians in that specialty:

4.       Click "Back" to go back to the list of specialties.

Managing Various Settings

1.       To manage your settings, go to your profile page and click on 'Settings'.

2.       A dialog box will open showing all the settings and their current status:

3.       After Hours and Answering Service settings are available only if your Admin Provider has enabled them.

4.       To change a setting, just check or uncheck the checkbox and click on Save.

Media Library

1.       You can save media to your media library by uploading files from your device.

2.       Click on Media Library in the navigation bar to go to the Media Library page.

3.       To upload media, click on Upload Media which will take you to the upload page:

4.       Fill in the details of the media and select if you want to share the media with other users:

5.       Click on Upload.

6.       You will be taken back to the list of media you have uploaded and have access to:

7.       You can share the media from your list, with others. To do this, click on 'Share' corresponding to desired media. This will open a dialog:

 

8.       Select the users you want to share the media with and click on "Share".

9.       Patients can also see their media on their profile page.

 

Normal User & Patient Guide

Contacts Page

1.       You can view your contacts by clicking on Contacts in the navigation bar

2.       You will be shown your top 5 contacts:

3.       You can view your other contacts by typing in the search bar:

Messages Page

1.       You can go to your messages page by clicking on Messages in the navigation bar.

2.       This page will list down messages you have sent to and received from your contacts.

Forwarding your messages

1.       On the messages page, you can forward your messages by clicking on the Expand button.

2.       Simply click on the Forward button. It will open a dialog:

3.       You can choose the recipient and edit the details of the message.

To send the message, click on "Send".

Edit Profile

1.       You can view your profile by clicking on your name on the top right corner.

2.       You will be taken to your profile page:

3.       You can edit your profile by clicking on "Edit". This will take you to the page where you can edit your details:

4.       You can alter your details and click on Submit.

Contacting Support

1.       You can email you queries to Poctor support by using the contact form.

2.       Click on Contact on the top right of the page. This will open a dialog:

3.       Enter your Name, Email, Phone and Message and click on Submit.


 

Raising a Support Ticket

6.       If you have any issues with the app or site, you can raise a support ticket.

7.       To raise a support ticket, click on Contact Us > Support in the top menu.

8.       You will see a form to raise a support ticket

9.       Enter the subject and description for the ticket.

10.   Click on submit.

11.   You can view your tickets and their status by clicking My Tickets

12.   To view the details of the ticket, click on the subject

13.   To add a response/note to the ticket, fill the form below and click on Add


 

Retrieving Your Password

1.       If you have forgotten your password, click on login on the top of the page.

2.       Inside the login box, click on Forgot Password. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email:

3.       Simply enter your email that you registered with and your password will be emailed to you.

After Hours User Guide

Manage After Hours Feed

1.       To manage the After Hours feed, click on the After Hours tab in the navigation bar.

2.       This page will show you the feed from all the providers who have checked in the After Hours.

5.       To send a new message as one of the providers in your group, click on New Message on the top right. Fill in the messages details and the select the Provider you want to send the message on behalf of, and click Send.


 

Answering Service User Guide

Manage Answering Service Feed

1.       To manage the Answering Service feed, click on the Answering Service tab in the navigation bar.

2.       This page will show you the feed from all the providers who have routed their conversations to the Answering Service.

3.       You can reply to any message on behalf of a provider.

4.       You can also forward the message on behalf of a provider.

5.       To send a new message as one of the providers in your group, click on New Message on the top right. Fill in the messages details and the select the Provider you want to send the message on behalf of, and click Send.
